Join me on a guided tour through the urban forest from Ealing to Acton.
This guided tour is limited to 15 places and will take place on the morning of Sunday 14th August.
To celebrate the launch of the New Edition of London is a Forest, I will be leading a small group along part of the route of the new seventh chapter, Harrow to St Pancras.
We will follow the section from Ealing to Acton Park which offers a wealth of interest from interesting individual trees, fascinating glimpses of London from the distant past and at least one urban myth.
The walk is 2.5 miles and will take about 2 hours allowing for several stops. It is an accessible route.
Starts Ealing Broadway Tube Station at 10:00AM on Sunday 14th August.
Limited to 15 places, book your ticket now.

It’s a cliché to say that a book will make you see the city in a new light, but this one really does.
