I regularly take part in events including guided walks, talks, conferences and the occasional book signing. Here’s what’s coming up:

19th September 2019 – Presentations about trees in London and a panel discussion at the Museum of London, ‘London’s immigrant animals’. Tickets from the Museum of London.

22nd September 2019 – Urban Forest Trail and Book Signing: Shoreditch and Spitalfields with east London’s finest outdoor emporium, the Brokedown Palace. Book tickets through Eventbrite. All ticket proceeds go to the Urban Tree Festival.

29th September 2019 – Hackney’s Forest in the Fall. Join me and Hackney’s pioneering tree officer, Rupert Bentley-Walls for a close look at the urban arboretum that is the London Borough of Hackney. Starts in Garden Walk, Shoreditch. Tickets from eventbrite

6th October 2019 – Follow one of the trails from ‘London is a Forest’. I’ll be leading a walk with Des Garrahan of the Ramblers. We’ll be covering about 5 miles from Honor Oak to Deptford. Book your place via Eventbrite.

8th October 2019 – Islington Gardeners AGM ‘The street trees of London’ talk. It’s free, and all are welcome to attend at 7:30, St James’s Hall, Prebend St, N1 8PF.

12th October 2019 – London is a Forest talk at the Chelsea Physic Garden. Part of the first ever Chelsea History Festival. More info and tickets on the official Chelsea History Festival website.

13th October 2019 – The Street Trees of Dulwich: Guided Walk with Paul Wood. Book your place through Village Books.
